For Diwali we have added XgenPlus Forms to every paid XgenPlus plan, at no extra cost. If you already pay for business email with us, there is nothing to buy and nothing to switch on. Everyone with a mailbox on your domain can use it from today.
XgenPlus Forms is an online form and survey builder at forms.xgenplus.com. You build a form in a few minutes, share one link or a QR code, and read the answers as they arrive. It is meant for ordinary office work, and it works well on a phone.
What it is good for
The jobs we built it around are the ones every office has: a leave request, a vendor onboarding sheet, an event signup, a customer feedback form, a quick staff survey. Starter templates for these are ready to edit, or you can start from a blank page.
- Thirteen question types. Short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, yes or no, star rating, linear scale, date, time, email, number and file upload (images, PDF, Word and Excel).
- Sections and a live preview. Split a long form into steps with a progress bar. A preview beside the builder shows what the person will see, on a phone or a desktop.
- Answers in one place. A table, a chart for each question, single responses you can open or delete, and a CSV download for your spreadsheet.
- Sharing. Copy the link, print the QR code, set a closing date, stop after a number of answers, or allow one answer per person.
What is free
These limits apply to each person who signs in, not to the whole company:
- 5 new forms each calendar month.
- Up to 100 answers on each form, and 500 answers a month across all of your forms.
- People with an XgenPlus email address answer your form, signing in the same way you do.
- Answers stay on the form for 30 days after you close it. We email you 7 days and 1 day before they are deleted, so download the CSV before then.
The gift covers every paid plan. A mailbox that is still on the one-month trial is not included until the domain moves to a paid plan.
How to sign in
There is no new password. Go to forms.xgenplus.com and enter your XgenPlus email address. Then choose Web Login, then TOTP, and type the 6-digit code shown in the XgenPlus Mobile app, the same app you use for your XgenPlus account.
If you do not have the app yet, it is on Google Play for Android and the App Store for iPhone.
If you manage email for customers
XgenPlus partners: the customers whose email you manage have XgenPlus Forms too. It is one more reason to call them this week, and a form built by their own team is a good way for them to see the value of their plan.
When you need more: Forms Plus
The free allowance is enough for most teams. If you want more, Forms Plus is a paid add-on for chosen mailboxes. It gives 100 forms a month, up to 2,000 answers on each form every month, 2 GB of room for answers and files, and it lets anyone with the link answer without signing in. That makes it the right choice for a public survey or an event signup. Answers are kept for as long as Forms Plus is active.
It costs ₹99 per user a month when you pay for 12 months, ₹125 for 6 months, ₹150 for 3 months and ₹200 for a single month, all before 18% GST and paid up front for the term. The domain admin adds it for chosen mailboxes in the dashboard, under Plus Packs.
Built so it cannot be used to fish for passwords
A form cannot ask for a password, a PIN, an OTP or a card number. The builder warns you while you type and will not publish such a form. Anyone filling in a form can report it, and a form reported from several places is paused until a person has looked at it.
