No, all prices are per user per month, billed annually, and 18% GST is added at checkout. You receive a GST invoice for the purchase.

What does 'billed annually' mean?

The per-month price is charged once a year. For example, XGEN Starter at ₹21/user/month bills as ₹252 per user for the year, plus GST.

Can different teams be on different plans?

Yes, that's the default model. You buy per-plan user counts on one domain (say 50 Starter + 10 Advance), manage everyone from one admin dashboard, and receive one bill.

How does the 30-day Trial work?

The trial gives your domain full mailboxes for one month at ₹2 per user. The trial plan runs on its own, other plans can't be mixed with it, and you can upgrade to any paid plan when you're ready.

Which payment methods are accepted?

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), processed through a secure checkout.

What if I need on-premises or a custom deployment?
