The XgenPlus Help Center: step-by-step guides for every feature

We have put every XgenPlus feature into one place: the XgenPlus Help Center at docs.xgenplus.com. Today it has more than 500 help pages, written as short steps you can follow on the web, on Android and on iPhone, with examples from ordinary offices.

Pick who you are, see only what applies

The top of the Help Center asks one question: are you a user, a domain admin or a server admin? Your answer decides what you see.

  • Users get the mailbox guides: mail, calendar, contacts, storage and Office documents, tasks and notes, Meet and Chat, XgenPlus Forms, security and privacy, settings, and the mobile apps.
  • Domain admins get plans, billing and add-ons, and domain administration: adding users, aliases, mail rules, roles and the audit log.
  • Server admins get the server guide for on-premise deployments, including how to watch mail migrations.

Find an answer in under a minute

Press Ctrl K anywhere in the Help Center and type what you want, for example "recall a mail" or "out of office". If you would rather ask in your own words, the Ask AI box answers from the same pages.

A few pages people ask for most:

Where else it shows up

You will find a Help Center link in the site header and footer, on the buy and payment pages, inside the domain dashboard, and in the emails we send after you buy or renew. On product pages such as Forms, pricing and Plus Packs there is a one-line link to the matching guides.

Tell us what is missing

The Help Center is new and we know it has gaps. If you search for something and do not find it, write to us and say what you were looking for. That is how the next pages get chosen.
